Our brief was to crystallise the company’s offer, design and build their brand-new website, and clearly articulate Quinn’s business proposition and market positioning; all fully supported by fresh new and updated project case histories. The main objective being to communicate the extent and breadth of Quinn’s unique service capabilities and knowledge backed by a reputation for delivery excellence. Client: Quinn Services: Strategy Design Approach The web programme process was commenced via a customer research phase with a cross section of clients interviewed to ascertain their ‘take’ on the business, what was important to them, and crucially why they had opted to choose Quinn. The research highlighted the need to clearly communicate the ‘whole Quinn offer’ supported by a by a highly personable friendly fully joined up team with an unerring eye for detail and excellence. With a better understanding of Quinn’s customer needs and their perceptions of the business, and by drawing upon additional comments and sentiments Medicine Man was able to clearly pinpoint the company’s business proposition and positioning and formulate the website structure with its accompanying visual language and tone of voice. Creating a stronger brighter presence with a clearer voice… Quinn London’s new website is focussed upon communicating their ability to meet target customer audience needs showcasing Information relating to the business’s considerable capabilities. Information is easily accessible with the narrative highlighting results, achievements and the ultimate beneficial impact upon client’s stakeholders and the wider public. A fundamental objective was to simplify the business structure and ensure that Quinn is one business with a single team focussed upon client service and quality. New video footage and images is key to portray the full Quinn offer and achieving the desired outcomes meeting key criteria for clarity, engagement interest and relevant case history referencing. The new opening sequence film story boarded to showcase the business across a wide variety of locations with additional photography providing detail and context to highlight the different aspects of each client project featured. A range of additional visual assets was created for all future communications to ensure future multi-channel marketing campaign content is readily available. Results The website has been greatly welcomed and has started to deliver some results Feedback from Quinn and their clients has been exemplary, with the new website and accompanying assets fulfilling an essential mainstay within external and internal communication initiatives.
