Brief

Develop a new website for Compass Healthcare, improving on user experience and engagement to house all their services in one place. Our overall aim was to increase the number of visitors, reduce the bounce rate and encourage more return visitors.

Approach

Bring unity, clarity and a much improved user experience.

Our first task was to evaluate both strengths and weaknesses with the original site. We identified a number of key issues:- dated and long winded copy; disjointed branding; poorly conceived user experience and navigation; non-responsive design; RedDot CMS complicated and difficult to use both from a front end and back end perspective.

We analysed the audience and suggested user journeys. Rationalising the design, we proposed several approaches to how the content could be arranged. We developed a more unified look using clean and simple styling that would be consistent across the site.

Results

A website that helps elevate brand perception and a cohesive look at Compass Group’s offer.

The end result marries together all the disparate Healthcare brands into one cohesive website. The user journey and experience has vastly improved, and this in turn has improved metrics and return visitors. The site is now also used as a hub of information where sales teams can send clients to via blogs and white papers to further enhance the overall use.
