Develop the branding and marketing material for a new development of 39 private sale modern homes in Stone, north Kent. Designed with young families in mind, these contemporary homes suit those who seek a quiet haven, with the convenience of being only 40 minutes from London.

Approach

Develop a brand story that captures homebuyers and outdoor lovers imagination, while still retaining a sense of quality and belonging.

From the offset our team knew the great outdoors was in influential part in the story of Bramble Tye, getting the identity style to dictate the tone was our starting point. We wanted a simple yet elegant logo and settled on a typographic approach using Playfair Display, a beautiful typeface of high con¬trast and del¬ic¬ate details. ‘Tye’ is drawn in italics to form a point of emphasis and relating back to natural and semi rural location.

For the colour scheme we borrowed from the blackberry and bramble plant tones to create a natural yet very modern palette.

Imagery informed intimate and personal touches to create a ‘soft-chic’ look and back to nature feel. Focusing on family time spent in nature, we wanted to convey a sense of rural idyll. The contemporary furnishings and interior detailing reinforces the lifestyle aspirations of a modern family seeking the best of both worlds.
